Ugh, somebody had to ruin things for everyone at work... Why do companies act like military where one doesn't follow the rules and everyone on the whole team gets punished? Doesn't seem fair nor does it truly make the offender accountable. I've seen what happens when punishing everyone for one's failure to comply. The offender watched all of us laughing like it was their greatest achievement...

Getting back to work after vacation is the worst. Especially in nurse management. Everyone is like "oh my gawd gurl, where have you been?!". It feels nice being missed, but also, I'm an introvert and hate attention. Lol.
