ALRIGHT UPDATE TIME
Nothing cancerous was found during surgery. Diagnosed with a mild version of PCOS and found out I had some polyps (which apparently are shaped like mushrooms XD) up in my Lady bits. They are keeping me on birth control but otherwise... all good.
Whoot! Surgery was successful. Will give updates when I know more about it myself.
