I greatly sympathize. Last year I twisted one hip pretty badly then about 3 weeks later I twisted the other one. The medication I was on made my tendons really weak though, so I'm blaming that more then age, lol. Going up and down stairs wasn't fun for 5 or so days after that though, that's for sure.

yeah, the meds I am on make my joints pretty sore. I have to wear arm braces while writing, playing video games, and for sleeping unless I want my arm to swell up and be painful. I may be in my 30's, but I might as well be in my 80's at this point.

That sounds really unpleasant :( I'm in my 40s now, but yeah, same here. It's rough. Just gotta take it one day at a time and be careful. Also, be compassionate with yourself too. It takes time to heal, you're doing the best you can.
