    Hey guys...sorry I have been delayed with posts this week. I was in a car accident. My friend's car was totaled. A drunk driver swerved into our lane and hit us pretty hard. I ended up bruising my ribs pretty bad, dislocated my shoulder and gained a concussion with whiplash. Sooo....yeah. At least there is no broken bones. I should be able to push out posts sometime this week.

    I purchased the first book of Dungeon Crawler Carl on Thursday and I will probably finish it either tomorrow or Tuesday. It's so good.

    Elijah and YC have always been close. They met in middle school when Elijah moved next door, and their relationship has only grown stronger since. When they became sixteen, they secretly started dating and planned their life together. The ultimate goal was to eventually own a cafe by a lake or beach and to travel as frequently as they could. Of course, like dreams are prone to do, things weren't able to remain happy forever when their parents discovered that they were dating.

    Sorry I haven't pushed out any posts. I've been feeling really sick and finally went to the doctor today. Apparently I have a severe sinus infection and a double ear infection. Fun times.

    Two hours left and I can finally go to bed. So sleepy.

    Not gonna be able to post tonight. My cat has decided to be extra clingy tonight so he's not giving me time to post. He always does this when I'm feeling sick. He's basically telling me to go to bed. Lol. I'll try to post tomorrow.

    I'm going to get some posts out and reply to DMs after dinner tonight. I fell asleep pretty much right after I got off work yesterday. Don't know why I was so tired...must be the heat.

    ... I feel kind of bad. I didn't respond to a message right away and the person disabled their account. This happened twice...and I feel like I'm crazy but I think they were the same person?

    Life becomes busy, so it's understandable. I think people also fear confrontation as well. At least it seems like everyone here is understanding, from what I can tell. It's a pretty accepting community.

    There is a user that continues to make new accounts over and over and reaches out and deleted in a few days/weeks. You quickly learn to weed it out and you'll notice similarities between those deleted users. Unfortunately for us who have been here along time it makes us suspicious of the newbies.

    Awwe, that's sweet of you. I have two cats...although my second one is a ninja that hides all the time. He's like a ghost. So I have a tuxedo and a fluffy orange maine coon. We are looking to get a dog too.

    Getting extremely nervous. I have a big job interview today. The schedule for the job would suck, but it would be great experience to add to my resume....and the pay is amazing.

    I definitely think I didn't get the job. It was for an entry level cyber security level position...and they started with 30 technical questions. In the job post it said they would provide training but...yeah. I felt like the stupidest person in the world.

    So tired. Had to give my cat a bath last night
    since he got into something and he gets super cuddly afterward. He wouldn't let me sleep. My shift of driving is over at least. It's starting to look pretty over here. So many trees and hills.

    I'm super giddy today. I just learned that I was promoted to head supervisor (it doesn't come with a pay raise but the experience will look good on my resume) and I'm leaving for my camping trip tomorrow.

    Sooo....time to test how well my sleeping bag wards off the cold. It's supposed to get to 39 Fahrenheit at night during my camping trip....and we are gonna use a tent. Gonna bring extra blankets.

    So basically you have a pudgie pie maker that is cast iron. They lock together to help cook the pie. You take two slices of bread and butter both sides. You can then either put pie filling (like lemon or cherry) or go with pizza fillings and put it together. You then put it in the mechanism to cook over the fire. It's really tasty.

    I want to play either Odysseus or Will, depending on the RP. For Epic the Musical, I'm willing to double up too. Will post further details tomorrow.

    @Gothic Fairytale Yeah, the songs that revolve around them are so catchy too. I think it would be interesting to see how that plays out.

    @Star Song - I don't mind if it's not an exact match. We can tweak the characters a bit to suit our needs. After all, it's an adaptation.

    I was thinking it would potentially be interesting to include omegaverse...like maybe Athena gave Odysseus a special herb to hide his secondary gender. Penelope was willing to pose as his omega and the like...then he runs out of the herb but stress repressed his heats and scents naturally, but something triggers it? Need to think it through more.

    If you can source it Raspberry Leaf(commonly used in tea) is very good for calming them! My mom just throws it in a tea strainer or gets the raspberry zinger teas for her cramps!

    I am incredibly excited right now. I woke up and checked my LinkedIn and there is a possibility I might be getting a new job. Someone reached out stating that they were interested and that they will have a recruiter speak to me soon. I made sure they were legit so I'm hoping this turns out well. Gotta go work on my resume more.

    Thank you. Your screen name reminds me of this cat I met in Salem Massachusetts during a vacation....except his name was Lucipurr and he was owned by people who claimed they were vampires. They were very nice people.
