Story building comes in all shapes and sizes. (^_^) plus authors write back to back on their own…. Sometimes pages upon pages of descriptions with no interactions whats so ever….. (@_@) crazy right. (^_^)
I get that, but are novel writers really comparable to 1x1 roleplayers? If you just wanted to do story-building then it's a lot easier to do it by yourself and seek feedback from friends/family. I figured the fun of roleplaying was engaging and interacting with your writing partner; sharing ideas, adapting to unexpected twists, etcetc.
I mean, even when authors collaboratively write there's an intense amount of back and forth outside of the actual story writing. They don't just write stuff send it to the other and get them to continue writing. So the roleplayer-author comparison is like taxi driver and plane pilot to me. Same transport theme, entirely different otherwise. (Stupid word limit) xD
