I want to start a youtube for singing covers of song but the main reason why I want to make videos is that I also want to do videos where I sing like an entire musical by myself as every character in as close as one take possible.

Damn, tight living space? Maybe research soundproofing your room so you can make it more comfortable for you to practice and record without bothering others? If I can find the video, there was a guy who explained affordable soundproofing.
