Shota is allowed on YD. There is a literal mountain of it on the site, so I don't understand why people don't already know this. Images of children in any explicit context however are not. I'd rather not be arrested for "hosting CP", which is what my local government defines it as.
Emails are currently being delayed by the host due to high volume on their end. Shouldn't stay that way long, just a heads up
Just as a reminder, due to laws and regulations we do not allow graphical depictions of Minors in any adult context. This includes art and AI gen. You cannot have an image of a minor in any explicit context.

Testing out some fixes of the crow theme. Crow 3 is the experimental version if anyone wants a look.
Still working out some bugs with the search engine. If you run into failed searches that is why. It will happen at random, so if it does just try again.
Reconfigured the search to have 0 recency bias. Have fun exploring old threads.

Trying out a different host for the upcoming update. Test Server should be up within the next hour or so. I'll let people play around on it before we do a full switch, just to be sure nothing breaks.
Host has reactivated our email system. I'll have to sort out the spam prevention on the contact us form. Its disabled for the moment so we don't get shut down again in the meantime.
Initial testing completed on upcoming upgrades. Everything seems functional with only a few minor hiccups I've documented. Plan to have the full upgrade done within the next 2 weeks.
Doing a backup of the database. It shouldn't cause any issues but might be a bit slow.

Apologies for the downtime. I missed a payment due to the domain registrar being run by douchebags. Am currently sorting out the best route to optimize the site going forward.
There is a lot to be done and its all technical. Many fixes that would make things smoother require funding we don't have.
The site, though it runs most of the time, is held together with duct tape I have to keep reapplying every few months.
Testing
Seeing how often Discord accounts get hacked I'm considering disabling discord login option. At this point its likely a security risk.
I do love how the spammers keep begging to "Talk to the manager" when we ban all their spam accounts. My email is flooded with complaints and its hilarious.
I've decided to reconsider the deal I was working on with Kitty for site ownership. She has had the better part of a year to learn something, anything about the website. Yet she has made no meaningful effort. And I don't feel the site would be safe if I handed it over to her.
Information about how to run a Xenforo forum is freely available. It's just a matter of putting in the time and effort to do so.
Gifs should theoretically work properly sitewide now. Tests required for validation though.

I'm stepping down as site owner and giving ownership to Kitty. Kitty is a long time user of the site and I feel she has the drive to keep this place going strong.
I will still stay on as technical administrator, make sure nothing crashes, but Kitty will be taking over finances and so on.
